Alfredo Sauce
This was one of the hardest recipes for me to find. I eventually found it in a cookbook that I bought for just this one recipe.

Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip to eat with chips, crackers, or bread. Everyone loves this recipe!

Baby Back Ribs
We made this recipe for Christmas 2020. The below ingredients covered 2 whole racks. The $32 Sams Club pack had 3 full racks in it. I prepared the rub and wrapped the ribs the night before.

Baby Back Ribs on Pellet Grill
This was a combination of recipes I found right after we bought our PitBoss grill and smoker in February 2021. The below ingredients covered 2 whole racks. The $32 Sams Club pack had 3 full racks in it.

Baked Ziti
Baked Ziti is classic Italian-American comfort food! Bake ziti pasta with sausage, tomato sauce, and all kinds of gooey, yummy cheeses. You can assemble this ahead, and either refrigerate or freeze it before you do the final baking. Tried this in September 2022 and it is fabulous!

Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
This recipe came from my Mother-In-Laws friend. When we had our daughter, Margie brought over this most wonderful salad. It has been my favorite now for eight years!

Beef Chow Mein (Version 1)
This was compiled from a lot of experience over the years and watching various videos. This is my compilation in October 2019. I like Milanesa beef for this recipe – low cost, high quality, or thin-sliced Rib Eye from Tokyo Central.

Beef with Broccoli
This is such an easy and delicious recipe! This is the same sauce from my favorite Mongolian Beef recipe. If you buy the thin sliced Beef Ribeye Shabu from your local Asian market (like Tokyo Central), this recipe is so quick and easy – takes about 20 minutes.

Beef with Snow Peas
This is such an easy and delicious recipe! We love P.F. Chang’s Mongolian Beef. This recipe emulates it very well - first tried in April 2021. Use Flank Steak, Flap Meat, or Skirt Steak. This holds in the oven well so you can make it early and keep it warm.

Blue Cheese Burgers
Tried this December 2017 and it was great!

Bourbon Chicken
This is called Bourbon Chicken because the Chinese Chef that first made it popular worked in a restaurant on Bourbon Street.

Bulgogi
Style: Sweet–savory Korean BBQ beef, thinly sliced and marinated for tenderness and caramelized flavor. Cut: Rib-eye, sirloin, or top round — thinly sliced across the grain.

Butter Chicken
Luke started making this in 2021 in the Ninja Foodie. It is super easy and tastes great! Butter chicken is in authentic Indian curry, in India, it’s called “Makhan murg”. It is also similar to the British dish “Chicken Tikka Masala”.

Carbonara (Simple Version)
A wonderful dish with the taste of bacon, creamy Parmesan cheese, and sweet pop of the peas. It takes less than 15 minutes to cook and tastes wonderful. My family loved this simple version!

Carnitas
This is a super easy way to have carnitas for Tacos.

Cinnamon Rolls
This recipe came from my brother.

Creamed Corn
This is probably my best recipe of all, used and shared many, many times.

Crock Pot Pulled Pork
Everyone loves this pulled pork recipe. It is better than most restaurants!

Detroit Style Pizza
We bought a pan and tried this in September 2022 – it is fabulous! It is super easy to make. I make the dough at lunch and let it rise until we assemble it for dinner. Assembling it only takes a few minutes, so this is really quite easy to make, and everyone loves it.

Dutch Babies
We have made this recipe for decades.

Honey Walnut Shrimp
I first made this recipe in October 2018. It was very close to the restaurant lavor so I started doctoring it to make it easier. I hate waiting egg yolks, so I recommend making this with fried rice to use the egg yolks in that dish.

Lettuce Wraps
I made these on 8/11/2015 - they were AWESOME! We always enjoyed the Lettuce Wraps at PF Changs. These taste just the same!

Mu-Shu Chicken (Simple)
This is a very tasty streamlined recipe for Chinese mu shu chicken. It makes a lot. Avoid overcooking the vegetables.

Poppyseed Chicken
A creamy, comforting chicken casserole topped with buttery Ritz crackers and poppyseeds — a classic Harmon family main dish.

Santa Rosa Rub
This is a new rub for Tri-Tip or Pulled Pork that I tried in 2019.

Shrimp Stir Fry
I have made variations of this for years. This is a good breakdown for a good set of ingredients. Chicken can easily be substituted for shrimp in this or go with a Tri-Version and use shrimp chicken and beef.
