Chicago Hot Dog
This is the famous hot dog as you get it in Chicago from all the hot dog shops.

Ingredients
- Yellow Mustard
- Bright "Neon" Green Relish
- Fresh Chopped Onions
- Two Tomato Wedges
- A Picle Spear or Slice
- Two Sport Peppers
- A Dash of Celery Salt
Directions
- Get all the ingredients and assemble. Most Chicago Dogs are boiled, but I still like to barbecue mine. If you don’t know what a sport pepper is, here is a long discussion:
