This is a new rub for Tri-Tip or Pulled Pork that I tried in 2019.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of tri-tip
  • 2 Tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix everything together and it is ready to use!
